TaylorMade Burner Driver

Just like any mortal golfer, I’ve tried my hands on almost every newly released driver in my search for the perfect one, which allows me to hit long and straight shots while being forgiving. And I must say that TaylorMade Burner Driver is, hands down, the best one I’ve ever laid my hands on!

My golf buddies call me “Slicer” for good reason. No matter what driver I use – may it be an R7 Draw or a Nickent 3DX Square. And either of the 2 things would happen – the ball would go right – that’s with the R7 Draw, or I would get better shots if I’m lucky with the Nickent driver, but overall, I still miss a lot!

But things have changed a lot and for the BETTER with TaylorMade Burner. It allows me to hit amazingly straight and long shots.

“How straight and long?” – I know that’s what you’re thinking.

Well, just this afternoon at the fairway wood, I decided to put this TaylorMade driver to the test. And the results? I was able to hit 225 yards and it didn’t go right or left…it went straight all the way down to the fairway!

This is the perfect club for me no doubt about that. The TaylorMade Burner’s longer and lighter shaft gives my swings a dramatic increase in speed and power. Though it may take some time before you get used to it, it took only a couple of practice swings before I was completely at ease with it.

However, a word of warning – do not even think about playing a draw or a fade with the TaylorMade Burner if that is your shot by nature. This driver is meant for hitting the ball straight along with a medium trajectory.

All in all, I’m giving the TaylorMade Driver 2 thumbs up!
